​Pasta place Koaji

This is a pasta restaurant where you can rent a cafe once a month and enjoy "Hata Aji" dishes made with seasonal vegetables.

 

The main ingredients, which change every month, are purchased directly from farmers. We covered the situation in the field,

“Toami” (Farmer Report) is an interview article that anthropologically explores the perspective of farmers.

This is another Koaji product that we hand out to customers every time they visit our store.

 

There are only two members,

My activities span a wide range of fields, including cooking, writing, design, research, and marketing.

I am conscious of ``getting paid'' and always pursue a high level of performance.
 

We look forward to hearing from anyone who is interested in food-related research or who would like to study anthropology.
